If your new Subaru is fitted with a factory line fit navigation system it will be covered by Subaru’s Map Update Program² – ensuring you’ll have access to the latest maps with our latest Map Guarantee and our 3 Year Map Update Program.

1-Month Health Check & Chat

The 1-Month Health Check & Chat is a free consultation within the first month after delivery of your new Subaru. It’s fast, convenient and easy.

It allows the Service Network’s factory-trained technicians to provide quick vehicle checks and a Subaru Service Consultant will answer any questions you may have. It’s just another way they can help you enjoy worry-free Subaru motoring – the best kind. 

Subaru Roadside Assistance

Life is all about doing the things you want to do. With Subaru Roadside Assist you can do more with confidence, knowing that your Subaru is covered should something happen.

DataDotDNA® technology

Your Subaru is fitted with DataDotDNA® Theft Deterrent System – DataDotDNA®. Should your new Subaru be stolen in the first three years of ownership and not recovered within 45 days, DataDotDNA® Technology (Australia) Pty Ltd will pay your theft insurance excess (up to a maximum of $800 including GST). 

Subaru Certified Collision Repairer Network

We have a dedicated Subaru Certified Collision Repairer Network across Australia with a national helpline available on 1800 737 179, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

1. Every new Subaru purchased and delivered on or after 1st January 2019 comes with Subaru’s 5 Year/Limited Kilometre Capped Price Servicing Program. For full Capped Price Servicing Terms and Conditions visit subaru.com.au/service/pricing/capped-price-servicing.

Subaru’s Map Update Program available on MY17 Levorg, MY17 WRX, MY17 WRX STI and MY17 XV Subaru vehicles purchased from 1st July 2016 as well as MY16 Forester, MY16 Liberty and MY16 Outback Subaru vehicles purchased from 1st December 2015 onwards with the factory line fit Gen2.1 navigation unit. MY17 Impreza vehicles purchased from 21st October 2016 onwards with the factory line fit Gen3 audio/navigation unit are also eligible for Subaru’s Map Update Program. Subaru’s Map Update Program is not available on accessory fit or dealer sourced navigation units. Subaru Australia reserves the right to add and remove eligible vehicles at its discretion. For full terms and conditions of the Subaru Map Update Program visit subaru.com.au/owner-experience/benefits/subaru-map-update-program. 3 Year Map Update Guarantee subject to the vehicle having its scheduled services performed at an authorised Subaru Service Centre during the program period.
