Can I collect my car?

As well as our Home Delivery service, you are also able to collect your car at your preferred participating dealer.

Can I trade in my car?

You can use our clever price calculator to give you an indicative trade-in price, depending on the make, model, condition and age of your vehicle. If you place an order and would like to discuss trade-in options this can be arranged by contacting our buy-online administrator.

How long will it take to deliver my new car?

It depends on whether your preferred Subaru is in stock or needs to be ordered.

If your car is in stock we will contact you within 24hrs to arrange an estimated delivery date. Our goal is to get you driving away in your new Subaru as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, your $1000 deposit is refundable in the instance you do not wish to proceed with your order, under most circumstances*If any accessories have been fitted to the vehicle, or the vehicle has been paid for in full and already despatched to the dealer / the vehicle has been registered the deposit would not be refundable in full.

 

Can I apply to finance the purchase of my vehicle?
