More than 75 per cent of German Subaru drivers are satisfied with their dealers, premises and staff, according to a readers survey by the reputed German motorsport magazine Auto Zeitung.

The readers ranked the Subaru brand first for service quality, ahead of 30 other brands evaluated.

14,801 drivers were asked their experience with dealers, their premises, car presentation, sales support, competence and staff friendliness, as well as rebates and financing options.

In addition, the readers also had to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of their cars. On this criteria, Subaru achieved fourth place among the 32 leading car brands in Germany.

In its 30th year in Germany, Subaru has achieved several accolades, including first place in "MarkenMonitor 2010" (analysis of drivers‘ satisfaction with dealers), ADAC "Gelber Engel" (Subaru Justy winner in the Quality category), ADAC AutoMarxX (first place in the categories customer and garage satisfaction) and a second place in the customer service in the "auto, motor und sport" survey "Best Cars of 2010."
