Subaru has again been ranked the best automotive brand in Germany for its after-sales service performance.

Subaru took the top prize for the eighth consecutive year in the "Service performance" category of the "ADAC Kundenzufriedenheit 2011", coming ahead of Lexus and Honda.

Around 43,000 readers of the magazine "ADAC Motorwelt" evaluated 35 brands as a part of market analysis conducted by "AutoMarxX".*

The lower the score, the better result.

The top six rankings were:

1. Subaru (1.35)
2. Lexus (1.45)
3. Honda (1.51)
4. Mitsubishi (1.52)
5. Dacia (1.53)
6. Jaguar (1.54)

*AutoMarxX is conducted by the Centre of Automotive Research (CAR) of Fachhochschule Gelsenkirchen on behalf of Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil-Club eV (ADAC), the largest automobile club in Germany and Europe, and the second largest in the world, with more than 17,000,000 members.

Every Subaru sold in Australia features Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive and a horizontally-opposed Boxer engine, standard Vehicle Dynamics Control electronic stability program, and a five-star rating for occupant safety from the independent Australasian New Car Assessment Program (ANCAP). The result - driving confidence.
