  • How can I check whether my vehicle is affected by a recall(s)?

    You can check if your vehicle has an outstanding recall by using one of our Recall VIN Lookup tools. For Takata Airbag Recall enquiries please use https://www.subaru.com.au/takata-recall, for all other recalls please use https://www.subaru.com.au/recall to check whether your vehicle is currently affected by a recall(s). Alternatively, please contact our dedicated Recall Contact Centre by calling 1300 550 994 (Monday to Friday 8.00am to 8.00pm AEST or Saturday 8.30am to 5.00pm AEST. Closed Public Holidays) or emailing at feedback@subaru.com.au.

    Do you need help in another language? Our Recall Contact Centre on 1300 550 994 will be able to assist you with translation services. If you are deaf, or have a hearing or speech impairment, contact us through the National Relay Service by calling 1800 555 660 and ask for 1300 550 994.
