My Subaru
  • This is the first time I have logged into MySubaru and typing my surname as my password doesn't work?

    When logging into MySubaru for the first time, please ensure you have the correct Customer ID number provided to you by Subaru Australia. Your password for first time login will be your surname with the first letter in uppercase.

    Once you have successfully logged into MySubaru for the first time, you will be given the option to change your password if desired.

  • I have just bought a Subaru but cannot log into MySubaru?

    It will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks from delivery of your vehicle, for your details to be registered on our systems. Once this has occurred, you will receive your MySubaru login details via email or direct mail.

    You will then be able to login to MySubaru.

  • I can't remember my MySubaru password and when I click on 'Forgot Password' and submit my details, I do not receive an email back?

    Chances are your email address is not correctly registered in our system.

    To register it again please contact Subaru Australia Customer Relations on 1800 22 66 43 or feedback@subaru.com.au.

    One of our Customer Relations Representatives will be able to confirm that your details are correct within our system and assist you with gaining access to MySubaru once again.

  • I have forgotten my MySubaru login details. What do I do?

    Please contact Subaru Australia Customer Relations on 1800 22 66 43 or feedback@subaru.com.au. One of our Customer Relations Representatives will reset your login details for you.
