Position overview:

An exciting opportunity exists for a well-rounded online content and social media enthusiast to join our Marketing department as our Digital Content & Social Media Marketing Specialist.

Reporting to our Digital Marketing Manager and working closely with our agency partners plus our wider marketing team, you will:

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to develop broad content plans to drive growth for models, retail, sub brands and sponsorship activations
  • Develop, maintain, and publish content across all of our owned and shared digital channels, in accordance with our business and marketing objectives
  • Manage and maintain our content calendar across digital channels, including websites and social
  • Manage a monthly content promotion budget, ensuring we are always optimising towards our key KPIs
  • Use your wordsmith and graphic design skills to initiate and deliver creative that  maintains, increases and facilitates engagement across our communities
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports showing results against all key KPIs
  • In collaboration with our Customer Service Team Manger, oversee online community management and moderation  

Experience & qualifications required:

You will be a high achieving, self-starter who is enthusiastic, energetic and dedicated.  In addition, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in communications or marketing
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a content or social media marketing role
  • Broad content creation skills
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal, organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong networking and influencing skills
  • A proven track record of achieving targets and the ability to report on analytics
