We are looking for a Aftersales Manager to join our Aftersales team.
 
The primary purpose of the role is to work with and develop sales through the Subaru Networks to achieve our growth objectives, whilst improving the Customer Experience at all touch points within the Network, but particularly in the Aftersales area.
 
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Retail and Wholesale Aftersales Planning and Business Development
  • Delivering a positive customer experience across Parts, Accessories and Service
  • Support the Subaru Retail Network
  • Working with our regional teams to maximize sales opportunities and effectiveness
  • Responding to and feeding back to Autonexus, Aftersales Marketing, Procurement and the Technical and Customer Relations Teams
  • Represent Subaru Australia in forums to promote the company and it's product and a positive customer experience
 
To be successful in this role you will be motivated to drive results and have:
  • 5 to 8 years experience in a similar role within the wholesale automotive industry
  • Proven sales experience with parts & accessories
  • A holistic customer centric attitude
  • Analytical skills and eye for detail
  • Exceptional planning and execution skills

If you have exposure to the management and operations of vehicle service and parts departments within a dealership environment or similar, this would be highly regarded.
