Customer Relations Team Manager

We are currently seeking an exceptional Customer Relations Team Manager to lead our Customer Relations Team. Reporting to the National Customer and Dealer Services Manager, this new role will be responsible for managing and leading a team of approximately 5 customer service operators. Through training and coaching you will be responsible for developing a high performance team culture, ensuring our valued customers are receiving accurate, efficient and friendly service.
You will also be responsible for establishing team meetings and communications to ensure team members are kept abreast of new information and procedural changes.
You will be required to identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives to ensure our customer first strategy is embedded into optimal systems and procedures to meet our customer’s needs. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will be utilised in order to build and enhance relationships with a variety of internal and external clients.
You must have previous management experience within a fast paced and high volume call centre, preferably from within a retail or distribution environment. You will be a natural leader with the ability to effective motivate and coach your team to achieve outstanding customer service results. You possess a hands-on management style and thrive on working in a high pressure environment and working to targets. Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement are also imperative for this role.
