Reporting directly to the Internal Audit Manager the role will be responsible for the day-to-day internal audit process encompassing around 100 retail outlets across Australia and New Zealand. More specifically, the role will involve:

• Conducting audits throughout our independent Dealer network in Australia and New Zealand.
• Conducting audits/reviews throughout our internal Inchcape-owned Dealer network.
• Reviewing internal controls and processes across our wholesale business.
• Ad hoc projects to assist in advancing the Subaru brand in Australia.

Your ability to build rapport at all levels utilising your superior relationship management and influencing skills will be key to your success. You will possess intermediate Microsoft Excel & Word skills, strong report writing skills and have the ability to work independently and liaise directly with Senior Management.

You will be degree qualified with CA/CPA or completing and have worked either in Chartered Accounting or Internal Audit.

Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Trainee Sales Analyst to join our Aftersales Department located at our National Head Office in Norwest Business Park, Baulkham Hills.

Reporting to the National Business Development Manager - Aftersales, you will also be assisting in all aspects of our Aftersales operation, while building your skills and experience, with the view of eventually taking on a more senior role within the organisation. More specifically, you will be responsible for:
· Analysis of parts sales
· Monitoring network trends
· Collating and maintaining databases
· Generate and provide customer reporting
· Drive ongoing process and system improvements

You will be a motivated and ambitious professional, who is looking to kick-start their career in the automotive industry with one of the most innovative players. You will posses:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Intermediate (as a minimum) knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as well as experience with pivot tables, graphs and formulas

Regional Service Manager - NSW

Reporting to the National Customer and Retailer Service Manager, the Regional Manager will be required to effectively manage and develop the Subaru Retail service network within a part of the NSW region. As an essential component of this role, some business travel will be required

The role requires a self-motivated, analytical and numerate individual who is able to work in teams and in isolation. Excellent communication skills are a pre-requisite.

You will also have automotive experience in the Aftersales sector, with an automotive technical qualification and preferably business management experience or qualifications.

The role will be responsible for supporting the needs of the Subaru Engineering and Technical Department, Subaru Public Relation (PR) Department and Auto Nexus – Sydney compound. More specifically, the role will involve:

· Ensuring all press vehicles for Sydney region are prepared to highest standard, well maintained and delivered on time and are run-in to schedule.
· Keeping effective communication with Subaru PR department on all Press vehicle issues.
· Assist in the diagnostic, fault finding and the repair problem vehicles
· Maintenance of workshop, equipment and tools.
· Providing technical support to Subaru Engineering and Technical Department and to visiting FHI engineers as required.
· Auto Nexus workshop tasks.

The successful applicant will possess:

· Experience in the operations of vehicle service departments within a dealership environment or similar.
· Technical competence in all areas of the modern Subaru vehicle including electronics and diagnostics as well as late model Subaru vehicles
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· High level of professionalism and ability to work autonomously; self-starting.
· Computer literacy and fully competency in Microsoft Office software.
· Exceptional Organisational and time management skills.
· Flexibility with working hours (interstate and weekend work may be required)
· Automotive technical trade qualifications are essential and post trade courses such as Senior/Advanced or Master Subaru 

Technician qualifications would be an advantage.

Subaru Australia has an excellent opportunity for an efficient, enthusiastic Sales Administrator with an eye for detail to join our busy Sales team located at our regional Victorian office at Docklands.

The key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Reception
· Daily office management
· Stock control
· Data entry
· Customer service involving daily liaison with external and internal clients
· And general office support for the regional team

You will be a self-motivated, driven individual who is able to grasp business concepts quickly and effectively to answer ongoing enquiries from our dealer network.  You will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to be flexible in your duties.

Being the ambassador for our brand you must be well presented, with strong written and verbal communications skills. You will be familiar at operating all MS Office to an intermediate level.  AS400 systems knowledge would be an advantage, but is not essential.
