Swede victory for Subaru

Subaru owners in Sweden are the country’s most satisfied, according to a comprehensive survey of 16,000 people.

The Swedish AutoIndex 2009 survey of private car owners asked 120 questions about their vehicle, dealer, workshop and brand loyalty.

Subaru was awarded the top rating - followed by BMW and Toyota.

AutoIndex is the largest car owner survey in the Nordic region and has been conducted since 2001.

Subaru first featured in the survey in 2007, when it also placed first.

Subaru workshops also received a high rating. Rolf Bjorkman, Director of After Sales at Subaru Nordic AB said: "Subaru has placed much effort over the last year to ensure that owners always receive premium treatment and service.”

Subaru was reintroduced to the Nordic market five years ago, with customer satisfaction a major objective.
