Subaru customers are the most satisfied in Germany, according to a respected annual automotive survey.
In the ADAC-AutoMarxX 2009 survey, Subaru topped the category for “total satisfaction brand”, ahead of Jaguar, Porsche and Honda.
Subaru also won the category “customer satisfaction with the garage.”
Jens Becker, Managing Director of Subaru Deutschland GmbH, said the reliability of Subaru models was exceptional and, combined with outstanding service, excellent results were achieved.
AutoMarxX is conducted twice a year by Professor Dr. Christian Homburg of University Mannheim, in cooperation with the ADAC.
